As Director of Operations, Andrew Turley is responsible for operations management at The Otto Group, a core division of our practice.
Among other elements of Andrew’s role, his responsibilities include:
• Developing and safeguarding exemplary client service delivery
• Compliance with all internal and regulatory policies and procedures
• Onboarding, administration, and reconciliation of client accounts
• Trading and money movement
Drawing upon the resources of our wide and varied custodial and technology partners, Andrew develops best practices which enable our Team to further meet our clients’ service expectations. Drawing upon his experience and skills obtained within other firms, Andrew is a key contributor to our overall business operation and does so with attention to detail.
Andrew joined The Otto Group in April 2020 from an independent boutique advisory firm where he held an operational leadership role, as well as positions as a Private Banker with JP Morgan Chase, and consultant to the healthcare industry. Andrew’s experience and skills complement our Team’s fiduciary responsibility and commitment to helping our clients achieve financial wellness.
Andrew lives in Lakewood Ranch with his wife, Lauren, a teacher at Incarnation Catholic School. The Turley’s have two sons, ages three and five. Andrew is actively involved within our community and serves as coach for a U8 soccer team and is a member of the Incarnation Catholic School Operations Vitality Board of Directors.
